1.) Tom was asking Mr. Goshorn a bunch of random questions for the first
10 minutes of class today. Then Mr. Goshorn looked at him and asked,
"Tom, did you forget to take your pills today?"
2.) Then later Jon said, "Hey, Mr. Goshorn, check this out! Tom has memorized
all the lines from Hamlet. I'm gonna read a random line from the play and
he's gonna say what number it is." Then he reads a random line.
Tom said, "That's line 420, sho!" Then he started laughing like crazy.
3.) Scot raised his hand and said, "Mr. Goshorn, can you please explain
what's going on in Hamlet? I've only read a few segments of it and I read
them out of order."
The whole class started cracking up at him. Mr. Goshorn said, "That's
basically like saying you didn't feel like reading the book and you want
me to explain it to you anyways."
4.) Wes randomly moved to a different desk in the middle of class.
Mr. Goshorn asked, "Why did you switch seats, Wes?"
Then Sean said, "It's cool, Mr. Goshorn. He just wanted to get
closer to the learning."
5.) After that, we were all talking about the line where Hamlet refers to
Denmark as a prison.
Sean randomly said, "Yo man, I've been to prison before."
Then Tom said, "Yeah man, you have to pee sitting down. Don't try
to pee standing up because theres alot of butt stuff going on in prison."
Wes looked at them and said, "You guys are sick..."
6.) During our break, we when to visit the Child Development class/daycare.
We walked in and saw Buzz sitting in a circle with a bunch of little kids and eating
Goldfish with them. He was saying to them, "These fish are gonna get to ya. They'll
all be swimming around in your stomach."
7.) Back at class, Wes got his keychain out and handed it to Tom.
Mr. Goshorn asked, "Wes, why do you have a liquor bottle on your keychain?"
Then Wes said, "Uhh... It's not liquor, it's soda."
Tom said, "Yeah, just soda, nothing to worry about," and he laughed.
8.)Finally, we were watching Hamlet again today. Wes started to move out of his desk
and sat down on the floor slowly.
Mr. Goshorn looked at him said, "Do you think if you move really slowly I won't
notice you?"
