So today we followed through with our breakfast plan, and we
did go "all out"...
We were all coming into class and Jed walked in. He was holding a
skillet and a container of pancake mix.
"Yeah, Jed!!" yelled Stewee.
Jed set his stuff down and said, "Wait, I have more."
He opened his backpack and got out a bottle of syrup and some butter.
Then, he pulled out two packs of bacon.
Everybody started cheering and stuff. Then Ms. Fought said, "No!
You are not cooking meat in my class!" (Ms. Fought is a vegan)
Jed just looked at her and said, "Uhh, yeah we are," and started
putting pancake mix on the skillet. After everyone had a pancake, he
put the bacon on the skillet.
Then Wes walked into class and said, "I wasn't gonna come to
school today, but Jed said he was cooking breakfast, so I changed
my mind." He got there just in time to have bacon with the
rest of the class.
While we were enjoying the bacon, Mr. Womer came in and said, "So
you guys are the ones cooking the food. I could smell it at the opposite
end of the school, so I just followed it here."
Stewee waved at him and said, "Hey Mr. Womer! Do you want some
bacon, too?" Then he gave Mr. Womer a plate of bacon.
We enjoyed the breakfast until the bell rang. When we walked out of the
room we could hear all of the kids saying, "It smells like bacon
out here." We all thought this was hilarious and laughed about it for a while
after class.
So that is the story of our wonderful breakfast party. =)
