English Class Adventures - The Lost Episode [sometime before 3/29/04]

Okay, this is the Lost English Class Adventure. No, I didn't forget about this one. It just happened before I started writing down the English Class Adventures.

So, it all started one day when Ms. Fought announced that she would be in Colorado for a week. She was telling us about how she liked to ski and she also told us about this one inn that she used to stay at called The Steamboat Inn.

"But I'm not staying there this time. I'm staying at the Holiday Inn across the street," she said.

Then Stewee said, "I don't care what you do, we're gonna find you."

Ms. Fought didn't think he was serious.

So the next week, Ms. Fought left for Colorado. Our substitute was Mr. Womer. All we were supposed to do that week was to finish our Canterbury Tales projects (including my cinematic masterpiece). So we worked on the projects all week, and we finished up early Friday.

Then Stewee got his cell phone out and said, "Okay, now it's time to find Ms. Fought."

Mr. Womer said, "You're really gonna do this? You don't even know where she is staying."

Stewee said, "Actually, she told us where she was staying. And, uhh... we did some research and got the phone number for the place."

He then dialed the number and when the person at the front desk answered he said, "Hi, I was hoping you could help me get ahold of my friend. She told me she was staying there. Can you look up her room number for me? Her name is Andrea Fought."

Stewee waited for a minute then said, "Oh, okay. Sorry, haha."

"What happened?" asked Cory.

Stewee said, "Dude, that was the number for the celebrity suite." Everyone started laughing.

"But wait,"he said. "They gave me the number for the regular building." Stewee then dialed the other number.

He again said, "Hi, I was hoping you could help me get ahold of my friend. She told me she was staying there. Can you look up her room number for me? Her name is Andrea Fought."

He waited for another minute, then said, "Oh, well could you hold on for one minute please?"

Then he looked at us and said, "She lied to us, she's not staying at the Holiday Inn. She must be over at the Steamboat Inn after all."

Stewee got back on the phone and said, "Could you tell me the number for the Steamboat Inn, the one thats right across the street?"

He waited for a few seconds, then said, "Okay, thanks."

He looked at us and said, "Dude, I got the number for the Steamboat Inn! She has to be over there." Then he dialed the number.

Yet again he said, "Hi, I was hoping you could help me get ahold of my friend. She told me she was staying there. Can you look up her room number for me? Her name is Andrea Fought."

Again, he waited for a minute. Then he looked at us with an excited expression and said, "Dude, she's here!!"

Everyone in the class started cheering and Mr. Womer just sighed and shook his head.

Then Stewee got back on the phone and said, "Hi Ms. Fought! We found you! This is your second block English class. We just want to say that all of our projects are finished and we hope you are having a good time skiing! See ya when you get back."

He turned the phone off and said to us, "We found her but it was just her answering machine. I can't wait to hear what she says about our message when she gets home."

So one week later Ms. Fought came back. Stewee said to her, "Did you get our message, Ms. Fought?"

Ms. Fought replied, "I certainly did. And I must say, I'm impressed."

Stewee said, "I told you we'd find you, but you didn't believe us. Now you know not to underestimate us!"

Everybody laughed for a while. This was possibly the most hilarious event that ever occurred in English class and it certainly set the stage for the other hilarious adventures in English class that I write about.
